Nicole Florisson – Senior Financial Adviser
Degree qualified with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Finance, Nicole focuses on tailoring strategic solutions to meet both her clients personal and financial goals.
Nicole also holds the internationally recognised CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation, which is the highest qualification in the financial planning industry. She also holds a Diploma of Financial Planning and is a member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia.
Nicole is an accredited SMSF Specialist Adviser of the Self Managed Super Fund Association of Australia.
Nicole believes that integrity and honesty are crucial to building long-term relationships with her clients.
Quentin Moncrieff – Senior Financial Adviser
Quentin joined the Florisson Financial team in 2019 having over 10 years’ experience within the financial services industry.
Having worked for Retirements Benefit Funds (RBF) for over 6 years, Quentin has an extensive knowledge of Defined Benefit Pensions, and specialises in helping clients navigate and understand their options.
Quentin has completed a Bachelor of Business Degree and Diploma in Financial Planning, and is also a member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia.
Jayden Charlton – Associate
Jayden joined the Florisson Financial team in 2019 having over 8 years’ experience within the financial services industry, including various roles as a paraplanner, associate and financial planner.
Jayden has completed a Bachelor of Business Degree at Victoria University and Masters of Financial Planning through Kaplan Professional. Jayden is also an Associate member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia.
He is passionate about assisting the advisers with the development of appropriate strategies to best meet client’s financial goals and ensures written advice documents are accurate and prepared in a timely manner.
Outside of work hours, Jayden enjoys spending time with his young family and continues to play local football.
Kaitlan Hodges – Client Services
Kaitlan is your first point of contact and will help you make appointments and feel welcomed and at home at Florisson Financial.
Kaitlan has previously worked in Melbourne as an Insurance Subject Matter Expert. With 3 years of financial service industry experience and brings a fresh and friendly atmosphere to the business. If you need anything sorted, Kaitlan will get the job done!

Karen Wright – Client Services
Karen joined our team at the beginning of 2013 and comes with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Karen offers exceptional support to Nicole and the team to help implement their Advice on Salary Packaging, Maxxia, Applications, SMSF’s and Share and Investment trading. She also has years of experience helping implement the Centrelink advice including helping people apply for Age Pension and liaising with Centrelink on the clients’ behalf.
After hours her passion is keeping fit at the gym and personal training clients in the Huon.
